Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to The Prime World Solution. We are committed to providing quality education and training. Please review our refund guidelines below:

1. Admission and Enrollment Fees

• Admission and registration fees are non-refundable once the student has been enrolled in a batch.

2. Course and Examination Fees

• Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is processed twice for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
• Exam Participation: Fees paid for examinations are non-refundable if the student remains absent on the day of the exam.

3. How to Request a Refund

• For any payment-related concerns or duplicate refund requests, please email us at onlinedigitech123@gmail.com with your transaction ID and student details.
• All eligible refunds will be credited back via the same payment gateway (Razorpay) to the original account used.

4. Terms of Cancellation

• The Prime World Solution reserves the right to cancel enrollment in cases of misconduct or violation of institute rules. No refund will be provided in such cases.
